Zaira Wasim born on 23 October 2000 in Kashmir, India to Zahid Wasim and Zarqa Wasim,  Zaira Father is a Exceutive Manger in Srinagar and her Mother is a teacher & one Younger Brother Zoraiz Wasim.

She is from Islam  Family with Islam ethnicity in Hawal, Downtown, Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar. Zaira Wasim  is a Half Punjabi  and  Half Kashmir.

Ziara Wasim finished her schooling in Jammu & Kashmir St. Paul’s International Academy, Sonwar, Srinagar, and Jammu’s Heritage School, Jammu Kashmir.

In 2017 make her second film she played Lead role in “Secret Superstar” directed by  Advait Chadan  by Amir khan Productions. She portrayal of a aspiring singer struggling to become a  good singer. Zaira Wasim got Filmfare Best Actress Award for this Movie .
