Vaani Kapoor is an Indian Film Actress and Model. She started her career as a Television actress in which she acted in a TV soap “Rajuben” in the year 2009.

Her father name is Shiv Kapoor is a businessman and owns a furniture exports business. Her mother name is Dimpy Kapoor, who is a teacher and marketing executive. She has one elder sister Nupur Chopra.
She completed her schooling at Mata Jai Kaur Public School in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in tourism studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
She took up an internship with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur. Later, she worked for ITC Hotel. She started her career as a model and linked a deal with the Elite Model Management for modeling ventures.
Later, she entered the acting industry through a TV debut with the TV series Specials @10 in 2009. After the actress qualified in the auditions, she inked a three-film deal with the Yash Raj Films.
She made her first movie debut through a Bollywood movie “Shuddh Desi Romance” in which she appeared as Tara alongside Parineeti Chopra and Sushant Singh Rajput.
She played the supporting role in the movie “Shuddh Desi Romance”. The movie collected 46 Crore INR at the domestic box office and emerged as a commercial success. Vaani Kapoor has achieved the Best Female Debut Award.
Her next movie was the Tamil romantic comedy “Aaha Kalyanam”, an official remake of the Bollywood film “Band Baaja Baaraat”. She acted alongside actor Nani and learned Telugu and Tamil languages for the movie.
Even though the film was an average grosser at the box office, Vaani received positive reviews for playing the lead female role in the movie.
In 2016, she appeared in Aditya Chopra’s romantic drama “Befikre” alongside Ranveer Singh. The movie shooting took place in Paris. In 2017, she appeared in a music video “Main Yaar Manana Ni” which was Yash Raj’s Remake Music Video.
