Tahira Kashyap is an Indian Author, Film Maker, Theater Director, Writer and Former Professor from Chandigarh, India. She came into limelight after marring Ayushmann Khurrana (Bollywood Actor).

Tahira was born on 21 January 1983 in Chandigarh, India. As of now, her age is 35 years old, height 5 feet 6 inches (5’6’’) in centimeters-168cm and in meters-1.68m, weight in kilograms 60kg and in pounds 132 lbs. She has beautiful black eyes and shining black hair.

Yajan Kashyap is her father and mother Anita Kashyap. Tahira got married in the year 2011 with Bollywood Actor Ayushmann Khurrana and has a son & a daughter. Son Virajveer was born on 2 January 2012 and daughter Varushka was born on 21 April 2014.

She did her schooling from Yadavindra Public School, Mohali, India. She completed her Masters in Mass Communication from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India.

In the beginning, Tahira worked as an Assistant Professor in Mithibai College, Mumbai. Next, she began to teach at the W.A Science College and R.D National College. After that, she has been a professor at LS Raheja College in Mumbai.

As I have mentioned above she is an Indian Author. She wrote a Novel named “I Promise… A Story of Love and Deceit” and this was her debut book which was published on 2^nd March 2011 by Apps Publisher.

Her second novel was “Souled Out” and it was published in 2012 by Pustak Mahal.“Cracking the Code: My Journey in Bollywood” was her third novel.

This story is about her spouse “Ayushmann Khurrana Biography” she is a co-author of this novel. It was published on 15 February 2015 by Rupa Publications India.

Tahira Kashyap said on how she detected Cancer

 “I started feeling heavy in my bright breast and silly enough and I was happy about it. I didn’t know what I had done right that the gods become generous and my one breast decided to grow at the age of 35.

But the same wasn’t happening to my left. I waited patiently for a couple of days, waiting for lighting to strike and the miracle to happen for the left one too. No such luck!” she wrote.

I had once listened somewhere that if you talk to your plants, they grow. Breasts are no different they grow, because of ripe and full and then droop. So, I had long monologue sessions in the bathroom, waiting patiently for my pretty disappointed.

Before I could search on the internet about how to grow the size of only one breast, I started getting a secretion.

My husband took this even more seriously. So, we went to see the doctor, this is the best thing that happened to me in this entire ordeal. He recommended scans and tests, one after the other, that lead to me being detected with high-grade DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma IN Situ).

Simply put, Cancerous malignant cells multiplying in a contained area and this is called a precancerous or stage 0 breast cancer. In fact, the first time I was recommended to the mammogram, the radiologist turned me away saying you are 35.

Another thing that I came across through messages, posts and the doctor is that patients tend to go through the blame game. It can be happen to anyone, there is no reason behind it.
