Surbhi Jyoti is a gorgeous actress of the Indian Television Industry. She gained a lot of fame and popularity from her brilliant performance as Zoya Farooqui in the Television series “Qubool Hai” in 2012.

Surbhi was born on born on 29 May 1988 in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. She is a 30 years brilliant actress. Her friends call her with the name Fruity. She did her schooling from Shiv Jyoti Public School, Jalandhar.
She completed her graduation from the Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. She completed her Master of Arts in the English language from Apeejay College of Fine Arts, located in Jalandhar.
As a student of Hans Raj Maha Vidhyalaya, she participated in debates and received honors. She belongs to a Hindu business based family from Jalandhar, Punjab. Her father owns a Rubber chemical business.
Her brother Sooraj Jyoti is an engineer. She calls him Shanu. Her hobbies are dancing and doing yoga. She loves to dance and practice yoga.
After completion of her higher studies, she started her career in the acting industry. In 2010, she appeared in a Punjabi film “Ik Kudi Punjab Di”. Then she worked as a Radio Jockey.
She acted in several Punjabi movies and television series such as Ik Kudi Punjab Di, Munde Patiyala De, Kach Diyan Wanga, Raula Pai Gaya, and Akiyaan Toh Door Jayen Na.
Later, she got an opportunity to act in the Hindi Television series “Qubool Hai” in 2012. Her performance in this soap made her popular door to door in India. In 2016, she also appeared in a cameo role in the Television soap “Ishqbaaz” which telecast in Colors.
After that, she also hosted three seasons of the love drama Pyar Tune Kya Kiya alongside Meiyang Chang at Zee Gold Awards in 2015. She also hosted the TV shows Desi Explorers and Desi Explorers Yas Island.
In 2017, she worked in a 4 Lions Films’web show Tanhaiyan opposite Barun Sobti as Meera Kapoor, a non-judgmental and an emotionally vulnerable fashion designer and also hosted Star Plus supernatural thriller “Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai” as Gitanjali Singh Shekhari, a girl from a royal family.
She was paired alongside Shoaib Ibrahim and the show included actors like Sharad Kelkar, Sreejita De, and Shaleen Malhotra. The show ended on 18 June 2017.
In 2013, she was awarded as the Great Performer of the Year (Female at the Indian Television Academy Awards) and Best Debut Actress (Zee Gold Awards) for her excellent acting skills. She was ranked 16th in an annual poll conducted by UK-based weekly newspaper Eastern Eye in 2014.
Currently, she plays the role of Bela in Color TV’s “Naagin 3”, which is the supernatural show by Ekta Kapoor. The other actors such as Anita Hassanandani, Pearl V Puri and Karishma Tanna are in the lead roles in this show.
