when she was just nine years old when she did her first anchoring for the program Splash, which was a kids’ channel. Later started to work in commercials. She has also acted in many short films, mostly for Balaji Mohan’s Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi with Adith Arun.
She was born in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India on 13th December 1990. She did her bachelor’s in Psychology from Women’s Christian College, Chennai. Regina Cassandra has received SIIMA Award for Best Female debut Actress, for the film by name Shiva Manasulo Shruti which released in 2012.
She was just 16 when she acted in her debut movie ‘Kanda Naal Mudhal’ In the movie she acted as the 21-year-old pregnant sister of Laila’s character. People still doesn’t believe that it was Regina. She was so beautiful and didn’t use any makeup.
