Pooja Bose is also known as Puja Banerjee is a well-known Indian actress who appeared in Telugu, Hindi, Bengali, and Nepali movies. She is popularly known for her character Vrinda in Star Pus Romantic show “Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna” from 2008-2010.

She was born in Kolkata, West Bengal, India on 6 February 1987. As of now, she is 32 years old and belongs to Hindu religion and Indian by Nationality. She started her acting career at the age of 21 in the year 2018.

Puja Banerjee was married Arnoy Chakraborty and divorced. Pooja is currently engaged to her co-star Kunal Verma.

She has done her schooling from St.Paul’s Mission School, Kolkata. Pooja completed her graduation from the Scottish Church College in Kolkata, India.

She made her acting debut in a film starring Nikhil Siddhartha as a lead role Veedu Theda as Meghna this film was directed by Chinni Krishna. Pooja made her debut on screen TV series with “Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat” as Radha which was aired on 9X channel.

After her debut she appeared in guest roles on Starplus TV series Kahaani Ghar Ghar ki and Sapna Babul ka…Bidaai. She also worked in many TV series like Kayamath as Vrinda, Sarvggun Sampanna as Swara, Devon Ke Dev- Mahadev as Goddess Parvati, Qubool Hai as Afreen, Darr Sabko Lagta Hai as Dr. Radhika.

She was appeared as a guest in the controversial show Bigg Boss 9. Puja Banerjee  participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 7 where she was credited as Puja Bose and she was eliminated in 7 week on 24 July 2014 and in season 8 she appeared as Guest, in Season 9 as Co Contestant for Teen ka Tadka.

She is also a member Comedy Nights Bachao, Comedy Nights Live, and Comedy Dangal and play various characters in this shows. In 2013 she made her special appearance in Comedy Nights with Kapil to promote her film with Govinda.

Pooja made her Bengali debut film with Macho Mastanaa as Diya it was directed by Reshmi Mitra in 2012. Her Hindi debut movie was Rajdhani Express as Sunita and directed by Ashok Kohli in 2013.

She also acted in many films like Challenge 2 as Pooja, Loveria as Sweety, Rocky as Nandini, Oh! Henry as Brishti, Proloy as special Dancer, Teen Patti as Mohor, Great Grand Masti as Sapna Amar Saxena and  Hoichoi Unlimited as Lola.
