BJP former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar (Kuldeep Singh Sengar) who is in the Unnao rape case has been convicted of rape in a special court on Monday.
At the same time, the court acquitted Shashi Singh. Sengar has several cases against him including kidnapping and murder. After hearing the case, District Judge Dharmesh Sharma concluded his decision to be taken on 16 December.
The case was transferred from Lucknow to Delhi under the leadership of the Supreme Court. After the surrender, the matter was heard daily from 5 August. The sentence of Kuldeep Singh Sengar will be discussed on 17 December.
The court observed that it was Kuldeep Singh Sengar taken the young girl who was minor to the place where she was raped.
The court also pulled CBI for the delay in the probe.
