Kapil Sharma the comedy king on Television was born on April 2, 1981, in Amritsar Punjab. His father is the police head constable in the police department. He died of cancer in 2004. His mother’s name is Janakari, she is a home-maker.
Sharma began his career in the entertainment industry with the comedy program MH1 ‘Hansde Hansod Roo.’ He made his first break as the ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’. It was the ninth reality television show he won. He was rejected for Season 3 in Amritsar
He was again auditioned become a winner in 2007, in which he won a prize of Rs10Lakhs. He then participated in the Comedy Circus, which Was broadcast on Sony TV. A show named ‘Ustad Ka Ustad’ was hosted by Kapil Sharma.
He also hosted the sixth season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. He also appeared in the special season of Bigg Boss. He hosted a comedy Program called ‘Chhote Mian’
In 2013, Kapil started his show by the name ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil‘ for the production of the popular Banner 9, which became popular.
At the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the Delhi Election Commission announced Kapil as a brand ambassador. He will make a movie with Yash Raj, the movie banner for Bank Chor, but he was out because of some reasons.
He was a guest on the opening season 8 of the Indian TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati. In addition, He also acted in Bollywood movies, Kiss Kiss Ko Pyaar Karun. Kapil plays the leading role in the comedy film.
