Faye D’souza was born on 8th October 1981 at Chikmagalur,Karnataka in a Roman Catholic Brahmin family .she has completed her schooling from Local School of Bangalore, Karnataka, India and her college from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore and Convergence Institute of Media, Management, and Information Technology Studies (COMMITS), Bengaluru. She has a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Journalism and Master’s Degree in Mass Communication.
she had made a Debut as a Reporter at CNBC News -18 in the year 2003. Before her debut, she used to work in All India Radio ( AIR ), Bangalore where she used to read the News. Pursuing her master’s degree, she took her job at CNBC-TV18 in the year 2003.
she then joined the Times Now in the year 2007, where she started to host the show – Investors Guide, which was a huge hit and earned high profits. Due to that, the show was ranked the TRP chart.
After which she started another show on ET NOW- The Property Guide. she was married to Sagar Gokhale on 3rd September 2010. she made shows on Radhika Apte focusing on the issue of safety of a woman in society.
In the year 2015 Times Network started a new channel as MagicBricks after which she was appointed as the Editor-in-chief of Channel. Magicbrick was focussed on Realestate.
As it was the new show she was given the task to increase the ratings for which she did a good job and got very high TRP’s. Magicbrick was re-named as Mirror Now, which again shifted from Real estate to general news.
