Khurrana was born on 14 September 1984 in Chandigarh. His parents are Anita and P. Khurrana.
Initially, his name was Nishant Khurrana, later his parents changed his name to Ayushmann Khurrana. He is a multi-talented person. He acts, sings, and writes poems.
He did his schooling at St. John’s High School and college at DAV College in Chandigarh.
He did his degree in English literature and master’s degree in Mass Communication from the School of Communication Studies, Punjab University.
He decided to become an actor at the age of 4. He watched the Madhuri Dixit starrer movie ‘Tezaab’. He joined the theatre, participated in street plays.
He made his debut in Bollywood with Vicky Donar. This was a huge hit at box office.
