Early Life, Career
Deepika Singh was born on 26th July 1989 in a small Hindu family. She used to live with her parents in the surroundings of Delhi, India. Deepika brought up and completed her education in Delhi.
Deepika completed her primary and secondary education in Delhi and went to Punjab for her higher education. She completed her MBA in Marketing at Punjab University, Punjab, India.
After her education, she joined in her father’s business and helped her father in their garments business.
Later she got her first opportunity to act in the TV series Diya Aur Baati Hum as Sandhya who is an aspirant to become an IPS officer but unfortunately marries a sweet shop owner. Later, her husband and mother in law help her to become an IPS officer.
Her debut got her so many awards and also popularity. Diya Aur Baati Hum TV series continued more than 5 years and gained an immense fan base for the show and also for the cast.
Diya appeared in many reality shows during her TV series and also promoted Diya Aur Baati Hum in different ways. She also participated in Box Cricket League as the player of Delhi Dragons.
Personal Life
Deepika is so active during her shoot and she used to be so friendly with cast and crew. She had a good relationship with Diya Aur Baati Hum director Rohit Raj Goyal and after some days they both went into a relationship and in 2014 they married each other with everyone’s blessings.
In 2017, they are blessed with a cute son named Soham.
